1.Take 15kg water and add 1kg KH202 to dissolve get solution sparing;

2.Add the solution to the minced  meat at a ratio of 15-20% of the meat weight, make the solution uniformly at tached to the surface of the meat;

3.Put the minced meat of step 3 into the container and press molding.

4.Refrigerated it for 4-6 hours, put it into  cold storage after shaping.
